The mission of Vita is to connect users and professionals for the exchange of services in a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment.
To preserve the integrity of the community and ensure everyone’s safety, all members (users, professionals, and visitors) agree to comply with these Guidelines.
Any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary actions (content removal, account suspension or termination) and, in the most serious cases, legal proceedings.
1. Respect and Expected Behavior
1.1 Respect for Others
Each user agrees to treat others with respect, dignity, and courtesy.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Using offensive, defamatory, threatening, or humiliating language;

Engaging in harassment, stalking, or intimidation;

Promoting hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
1.2 Harassment and Intimidation
Any repeated harassment, in any form (private messages, comments, malicious reviews, etc.), may result in the immediate removal of the account and, if necessary, a report to the competent authorities.
1.3 Defamation and Slander
Any publication that damages the honor or reputation of others may be removed and, if necessary, lead to civil or criminal proceedings.
2. Content and Publications
2.1 Authorized Content
Members may publish content related to presenting their services, promoting their skills, or engaging in constructive exchanges within the platform. Such content must be accurate, honest, and relevant.
2.2 Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to publish, share, or promote:

Violent, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or shocking content;

Content related to sexual exploitation, nudity, or pornography;

Content inciting illegal, dangerous, or fraudulent activities;

Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or aggressive solicitations;

Deceptive or misleading content, including the promotion of fictitious services;

Copyrighted material without prior authorization;

Content infringing upon the privacy of others (personal data, addresses, phone numbers, confidential documents, etc.).

Any violation may result in the immediate removal of the content and suspension of the account.
3. Profile Integrity and Information Reliability
3.1 Identity and Authenticity
Each member agrees to use their real identity and provide accurate information when creating an account and publishing services. Identity theft, fake profiles, or fraudulent use of personal data are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Service Transparency
Professionals agree to only offer real services, consistent with the provided description, and compliant with applicable laws in their country. Any attempt at deception, falsification, or manipulation will result in sanctions.
4. Protection of Minors
The Vita platform is reserved for individuals aged 16 and above.
Any attempt to exploit, endanger, or abuse a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent exclusion, along with an immediate report to judicial and law enforcement authorities.
5. Security and Confidentiality
5.1 Personal Data
Members must ensure not to disclose sensitive information (identity documents, banking details, passwords, personal addresses) in their ads or public exchanges.
5.2 Privacy
The abusive collection, resale, or unauthorized use of other members’ personal information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Commercial Interactions and Transactions
6.1 Legal Compliance
All services offered and transactions conducted through Vita must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the user’s or professional’s country.
6.2 Spam and Abusive Solicitation
Aggressive commercial solicitation, sending unsolicited advertising messages, and any form of spam are prohibited.
6.3 Payments
Transactions must comply with Vita’s payment rules and its authorized payment partners. Any attempt at circumvention or fraud will be sanctioned and may result in legal proceedings.
7. Reporting and Moderation
Members are encouraged to report any behavior or content that violates these Guidelines using the reporting tools available in the app.
The Vita moderation team reserves the right to:

remove or edit inappropriate content,

temporarily suspend an account pending investigation,
-
permanently terminate an account in cases of serious or repeated violations.
8. Consequences and Legal Action
8.1 Internal Sanctions
In case of non-compliance with the Guidelines, Vita may apply, depending on the severity of the facts:

a warning,
-
a temporary suspension of the account,
-
a permanent deletion of the account and access to services.

8.2 Legal Proceedings
Serious misconduct (fraud, scams, exploitation, harassment, harm to minors, dissemination of illegal content) may be reported to the relevant authorities and give rise to civil and criminal proceedings.
9. Member Commitment
By using Vita, each member acknowledges having read these Guidelines and agrees to:

take full responsibility for their publications, interactions, and offered services.
